The library is collated into themes and topics for access and use by schools and universities for teaching, by community radio stations for entertainment and public interest discussion shows, and by public libraries and individuals for listening pleasure. Access to the readings will be by broadcast and podcasts on community radio stations throughout Australia, and by download from a specially created subscription web site.
